About the event
Coming just a few days after the Aquarius Full Moon, we are entering the waning lunar phase. This is a potent time for integration, unwinding, and letting go. It is also a beautiful opportunity to connect deeply with the energy of your heart.
This immersive evening begins with a few gentle 4th chakra and grounding practices to help you release the week's tension, create openness, and activate your heart center. Then, you’ll be guided into a deep state of relaxation through a heart-focused Yoga Nidra. This brief but powerful practice will prepare your mind and body to surrender fully to the sound journey and set an intention for your evening.
As you rest, Ruby will weave a nurturing soundscape using multiple singing bowls tuned to the heart chakra, including her particularly powerful 22-inch F quartz crystal bowl. The harmonious vibrations of these bowls, alongside Earth, Moon, and third chakra gongs, will help release emotional blockages, calm the mind, and restore balance to your body and spirit. Various chimes, a rain stick, and an ocean drum will be used to gently bring you out of the experience, helping you reconnect with the wisdom of your heart.
Whether you’re attending Saturday’s daylong retreat and want a gentle, heart-opening prelude, or you’re simply looking for a peaceful Friday night escape, this immersive experience will leave you feeling refreshed, aligned, and centered with your deepest intentions.
Rachel Buckley will also be there practicing Reiki to support you in releasing and grounding, and to offer individual support if needed. There will be time given at the end to reflect or write down any insights, and the event concludes with tea, sweets, snacks, and community.
