Outdoor New Moon Triple Gong Bath

Just a few days before the new moon in Leo, enjoy an extremely nurturing combo of nature and cosmic sounds. This will be a wonderful opportunity to set your intentions for the season. Fresh with new ideas from their advanced gong training, Ruby and Elizabeth are excited to take you on the sound healing journey. They will use guided meditation, gentle yoga, breath work and sound healing from the Moon, Sedna, and symphonic chau gongs, crystal bowls, rain sticks, and chimes. They will even play a Tibetan bowl on your body if you like and play many of the other instruments right over you. The subtle vibration of these instruments move stuck energy and give you a deeper experience of you. Tea and snacks will be served after.
