About the event

As we move deeper into the spring season, this journey invites you to slow down and tend to your inner landscape. Focusing on the organic stages of growth, this session centers on "Tending the Garden"—integrating the intentions you have been holding and nurturing what is ready to fully bloom.

The Experience Each workshop is a 90-minute holistic experience designed to clear mental clutter and ground your nervous system.

  • Prepare: We begin with gentle movement, specific breathing practices, and guided journaling to open the body and mind.

  • Immerse: Settle into a deep, 60-70 minute sound journey. The vibrations of multiple gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and more help bypass the busy mind, allowing you to access a state of deep restoration.

  • Integrate: We conclude with silence and stillness to let the practice land.

A Complete Experience While this is the culminating evening of our four part sound bath series, this session is a complete, standalone workshop. You do not need to have attended prior months to receive the full benefits of this restorative practice.

What to Bring (Important!) The auditorium floor is beautiful but very hard and the room can be cool. For the best experience, please bring:

  • Thick Padding: A camping mat, thick Pilates mat, or even a reclining lawn chair/gravity chair. A yoga mat along with a thick blanket could work too.

  • Warmth: A warm blanket and cozy layers.

  • Comfort: A pillow for under your head &/or knees, and an eye mask.

  • Reflection: A journal and pen (optional).
