About the event
As we move deeper into the spring season, this journey invites you to slow down and tend to your inner landscape. Serving as the final gathering of our spring series, this session centers on "Tending the Garden"—integrating the intentions you have been holding and nurturing what is ready to fully bloom.
This evening is a 90-minute holistic experience designed to clear mental clutter and ground your nervous system. We will begin with gentle movement, specific breathing practices, and guided relaxation to open the body and mind, before settling into a deep, 60-70 minute sound journey. The vibrations of multiple gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, and more will help bypass the busy mind, allowing you to access a state of deep restoration. We'll conclude with silence and stillness to let the practice land (this time could also be used to journal if desired).
While this evening is the culminating session of our four-part Nurturing Your Inner Garden series, it is beautifully designed as a complete, standalone workshop. You do not need to have attended prior events to receive the full benefits of this restorative spring practice. All are warmly welcome. Tea and snacks will be provided.
With: Ruby Koa and Saralee Sky will most be present to do grounding energy work and Reiki on the group.
