About the event
2026 is a year of new beginnings. Instead of rushing into resolutions, this series invites you to slow down and tend to your inner landscape. Over the course of four months, we will journey through the organic stages of growth—from planting the seeds of intention to nurturing what is ready to bloom.
The Experience Each workshop is a 90-minute holistic experience designed to clear the mental clutter and ground your nervous system.
Prepare: We begin with gentle movement, specific breathing practices, and guided journaling to open the body and mind.
Immerse: Settle into a deep, 60-70 minute sound journey. The vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, and chimes help bypass the busy mind, allowing you to access a state of deep restoration.
Integrate: We conclude with silence and stillness to let the practice land.
Attend One or All While this is designed as a four-part progression, each session is a complete, standalone workshop. You are welcome to drop in for a single month or journey with us through the whole series.

Thick Padding: A camping mat, thick Pilates mat, or even a reclining lawn chair/gravity chair. A yoga mat along with a thick blanket could work too.
Warmth: A warm blanket and cozy layers.
Comfort: A pillow for under head &/or knees, and eye mask.

Cancellations: Because this is hosted by Parks & Rec, their specific refund policies apply (usually no refunds). However, if you cannot make it, please contact me directly—I am happy to give you a credit toward a future Ruby Koa class or event.
Work Exchange: I have spots for 1–2 helpers for setup/takedown. If interested, please text Ruby at 360-447-8778.
