About the event
As we transition into spring, this journey invites you to slow down and tend to your inner landscape. Moving through the organic stages of growth, our upcoming sessions focus on planting the seeds of your intentions and nurturing what is ready to bloom.
The Experience Each workshop is a 90-minute holistic experience designed to clear mental clutter and ground your nervous system.
Prepare: We begin with gentle movement, specific breathing practices, and journaling to open the body and mind.
Immerse: Settle into a deep, 60-70 minute sound journey. The vibrations of multiple gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and more help bypass the busy mind, allowing you to access a state of deep restoration.
Integrate: We conclude with silence and stillness to let the practice land.
Join Us for Spring While this is part of a beautifully unfolding spring journey, each session is a complete, standalone workshop. You are welcome to drop in for a single evening or join us for both of our remaining spring gatherings.
