About the event

More and more studies are showing the benefits of sound therapy and so Ruby is thrilled to get to work with the City of Bellingham Parks and Rec Dept. to offer her sound healing sessions at in a more accessible location (no stairs) and at a more assessible price (only $10)!

Let her Planetary Moon Gong bring you to balance and open you to fresh new intentions. After a short centering, enjoy a 50-minute sound bath with her crystal bowls (she may even bring her 22" heart chakra bowl), gongs, chimes, ocean drum, and more.

This will include crystal singing bowls and then an extended gong segment in which she'll likely play her Zildjian gong which is great for grounding and working on the lower chakras. Then she'll play her Planetary Moon Gong which has an etheric quality to it that will help you relax and let go. Multiple mallets will be used to bring out the full spectrum of beneficial vibrations and frequencies.

Just as a body massage works out tight and knotted muscles, the "sonic massage" of a Gong meditation works out emotional issues that we need to release in order to move forward in life. The listener only has to let go and let the sound of the Gongs do the work.

No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or sound energy is needed, the movement and sound will simply meet you where you are and take you wherever you need to go.

Cost: $10, Register Here

Cancellation Policy: Because this event is being hosted by Bellingham Parks and Rec, their policies apply, which usually include pre-registration and no refunds. However, if you can't make it, please contact me and I am happy to give you a credit toward one of my classes or events.
