Evening Overview

Join Ruby and Valerie in a deeply restorative evening that will start with a brief centering, gentle movement, breathwork and guided meditation, followed by around 45 minutes of sound healing. During the sound bath, Valerie, who is an intuitive energy healer and psychic, will provide a group reading and healing. The combination of sound and energy healing will support the clearing of emotional and physical imbalances, as well as allowing greater alignment with one’s inner self and authentic path.

Guided Meditation

As Valerie guides you in meditation, you will learn how to anchor your grounding and flow earth and cosmic energy through your body and energy field. This will allow you to release outdated energy with ease and improve the resilience of your aura. Tibetan singing bowls will accompany this experience. The alpha waves that the singing bowls produce will not only help cleanse and harmonize body, mind, and your energy field, but also encourage a deep state of relaxation and calm. Thus, the singing bowls will support you in connecting to your own higher consciousness and any guidance or wisdom that may arise as you tune into and play with your energy field.

Moon Gong & Benefits

As this event is just a couple days before the new moon, Ruby will be primarily playing her Synodic Moon Gong. The term refers to the Lunar cycle or the Lunar month, measured by the time between one new moon and the next. It is tuned to the note of D, which works on the second chakra and helps us to tap into the deep, emotional healing power represented by the symbol of the moon. It helps to clear emotional blockages and can spiritually cleanse on many levels.

Sound Healing

During the gong bath, various mallets are used to bring out the full spectrum of beneficial vibrations and frequencies.

Just as a body massage works out tight and knotted muscles, the "sonic massage" of the gong works out emotional issues that you may need to release in order to move forward in life.

The listener only has to let go and let the sound of the gong do the work. The experience is effortless and the results profound. You may notice the sound and intensity increases and then dissipates. These build and release cycles are deeply therapeutic.

Energy Work

As you receive the gong sound healing, Valerie will ground and harmonize the energy of the yoga hall, allowing any energy that shifts or is transmuted by the sound bath to be effortlessly released and returned to the earth.

She will also perform a Rose Reading and Healing for the group, using the high frequency of the rose to harmonize the energy field of the group, for the highest good of all. She will identify and offer healing to energy blocks and imbalances that are shared in common among those who gather for the event.

Closing

Once the gong playing is complete, you’ll have a few minutes of silence to sink deeper into relaxation and expansion.

We will conclude with a brief optional sharing of our experiences, including a summary of the themes that arose in the Rose Reading, and enjoy tea and snacks in community.
