Full Moon Shakti Circle (rescheduled)~ Saraswati

Note: We were going to focus on Saraswati for the March full moon but Ruby had to cancel  because of Covid, so it is now rescheduled for April.

As a way of further accessing our Shakti energy, these full moon circles are also a workshop series on the Goddesses. On this Libra/Aries Pink Full Moon, we'll be exploring the Goddess Saraswati, which is fitting for the April full moon as she is Hindu goddess most often associated with the spring season, the arts, learning, & wisdom.

With the power of the Libra moon and Aries sun and through the archetype of the beautiful Goddess Saraswati, we will be able to explore what a balance could look like between independence and partnership as well as meeting our own personal needs and that of those we're in close relationship with. Saraswati embodies the creative flow through language, speech and sound, so we'll contemplate those aspects as well.

Throughout the evening, we will be setting intentions, sharing in community, moving our bodies with a short yoga segment, enjoying various meditations to connect with Saraswati and finishing with a Sound Bath Journey. During that segment, I'll play my beautiful planetary Moon gong along with chimes, rain stick, and singing bowls. Stick around for tea, snacks, and connection to finish off the night. All women/femme identifying & non binary people are welcome.

Location: Presence Studio, 1412 Cornwall Ave. (across the street from my old, Inspire Studio) The studio is just to the left of Bellingham Bar and Grill and is located upstairs. Allow for time to  find parking and please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in.

What to bring: Journal, pen, crystal or item for the altar, yoga mat, optional pillow. (blankets and bolsters are available to borrow, but bring your own if you prefer.) 

If you're sensitive to smoke from sage or just want something extra sensory, please bring your own method of energetically cleansing yourself, such as essential oil or spray.
