About the event

As the seasons shift from the warmth of summer to the  crisp energy of fall, it is a time to reconnect with yourself, ground  your energy, and align with the natural rhythms of change. In this  5-week Kundalini Yoga series, we will explore powerful practices to  support your body, mind, and spirit during this period of transition.

Each  week, we will focus on a different aspect of seasonal attunement,  helping you release stagnant energy, boost your vitality, and cultivate  resilience. Through yoga sets or kriyas, pranayama (breathwork),  meditation, reflection, and deep relaxation with the gong and other  sound healing instruments, you will build inner strength and peace,  preparing you for the inward turn that autumn brings. The segments of  class that focus on breathing, meditation and relaxation will be  slightly longer than usual to facilitate this.

This  series is suitable for all levels of experience and is designed to  guide you on a transformative journey of grounding, balance, and  introspection. Join us for a season of self-care, empowerment, and deep  connection.

  • Week 1 (Sept. 14): Ground, Connect, & Harvest: (just  before Harvest Full Moon), Intuitive Pisces Full moon, last week of  summer, transition into fall. We’ll practice yoga for the root chakra  grounding to help weather seasonal transitions as well as to give space  to reflect on what you have harvested in your life and to cultivate a  receptive and grateful attitude.
  • Week 2 (Sept. 21): Balancing Energies: Special Fall Equinox Class focusing on Balancing Sun & Moon  Energies and possibly opposing energies in the chakra system as well.  We’ll work on aligning internal energy with the external changes of  fall.
  • Week 3 (Sept. 28): Digest, Detox, and Release: Fall  is a natural time to focus on detoxifying the body and releasing  stagnant energy. This class will practices aimed at cleansing the liver  and digestive system, preparing the body to let go of what is no longer  needed. The meditation will focus on emotional release and balance  through breathing.
  • Week 4 (Oct. 5): Immune Support and Vitality: As  the weather cools, strengthen the immune system and increase vitality.  This class will likely focus on the lungs, which, according to Chinese  Medicine are the organs associated with the fall season. There might  also be focus on the lymphatic system to boost overall health and  resilience against seasonal ailments.
  • Week 5 (Oct. 12): Inner Reflection, Peace, & Resilience: This  class will likely tie in the higher chakras from heart to crown to  allow you to tune into your inner knowing and intuition and have pauses  between postures and extended meditation and breath work so you can  deepen your connection with your inner self.

Pricing: In person drop ins, class passes, and memberships are welcome. Register on this schedule. 

Discounted Series Pricing:

Full 5 week Series $65*, and will be prorated if you have to join after. You will automatically be registered in all 5 classes. 

Both  Fall Attunement Series (starts Sept. 14) & Prep for the Aquarian Age Series (Starts Oct. 26): $120*.  With this or any other pass, you will need to manually register into  each one. You'll receive a recording if you can't make it to class.  This  pass is steeply discounted from the normal in person prices, so even if  you miss 1 or two classes, you're still getting a good deal and will  receive the recordings. If you'd rather just come occasionally, you may  want to purchase a In Person 5 class pass, $85, or a $20 in person drop in.

*Payment Note: The credit card fee of around $2.25 will be included in your total for the 5 class series, and $3.75 for the 10 class series.

Since  the meters downtown start at 11, I recommend paying for parking via  your phone so you only have to pay for 30-45 minutes of parking.

What to bring: yoga mat, optional journal, pen, and crystal or special item to increase your focus and attention. Blankets, bolsters, and blocks will be available to borrow.
