About the event

Evening Overview

Ruby and Dashka join forces to combine sound therapy (crystal bowls, chimes, and the Moon Gong) and energy medicine (the Healing Touch modality) to connect, open, and balance all seven major chakras and cleanse the aura. When your energy system system is in alignment, your body naturally knows how to heal itself.

Join Ruby and Dashka in a gentle and replenishing evening that will start with a brief centering, light yoga/movement, breathwork and guided relaxation, followed by around 45 minutes of sound healing. During the sound bath, Dashka, who is a certified Healing Touch Practitioner, medical intuitive, and intuitive energy healer, will provide heart centered compassionate healing to the entire group with emphasis on bringing attention to balance the sacral or second chakra, the energy center for emotional feeling and creativity. Your experience will be highly individualized as your unique energy system knows exactly where and how much flow of energy is right for you.

A healer does not heal you. A healer is someone who holds space for you while you awaken your inner healer, so that you may heal yourself. ~Maryam Hasnaa

As the quote above suggests, the amazing combination of two practitioners holding sacred space along with both supportive energy healing and therapeutic sound will allow a natural rebalancing and realignment to occur. When the conditions are present for this inner healing, you may experience a greater sense of the following:

*Physical Vitality

*Emotional balance

*Mental Clarity

*Spiritual Connection

Moon Phase, Moon Gong, & Benefits

As this event is right at the first quarter moon, or half moon, it’s a good time to pause and take stock of how far you’ve come while also making sure you’re moving in the direction that feels best to you. It’s a powerful time to build your strength and focus and to move forwards past any doubts or concerns.

Ruby will be primarily playing her Synodic Moon Gong. The term refers to the Lunar cycle or the Lunar month, measured by the time between one new moon and the next. It is tuned to the note of D, which works on the second chakra and helps us to tap into the deep, emotional healing power represented by the symbol of the moon. It helps to clear emotional blockages and can spiritually cleanse on many levels.

Closing

Once the gong playing is complete, you’ll have a few minutes of silence to sink deeper into relaxation and expansion.

We will conclude with a brief optional sharing of our experiences, including a summary of what Dashka noticed in the group during the healing and enjoy tea and snacks in community.
